We’re currently seeking a talented Renewals Specialist to join our team, tasked with the efficient tracking and execution of contract renewals, alongside managing customer-facing quotes. Collaboration is key in this role, as you’ll closely partner with our Account Managers, Accounts Receivables, Operations, and Customer Success Managers. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely notification and invoicing through trigger-based outreach, as well as safeguarding existing revenues by proactively gathering contract details and renewal information from our loyal customer base.

Job Role and Responsibility

  • Generate & maximize repeat ARR by proactively contacting existing customers with expiring services and demonstrating value realization, decreasing discounts, renegotiating and overcoming objections
  • Work closely with Account Manager to strategize on renewals and expansion to avoid conflicts and create a frictionless renewal experience for the customer
  • Work cross-functionally to Identify, propose, and execute process improvements that result in a frictionless renewal experience for the customer

  • Optimize on-time renewal rate and process efficiency
  • Present customers with renewal pricing and terms in accordance with standard procedures
  • Accurately process customer transactions, including quotes and legal documents, and post them into the accurate systems
  • Track activity and develop analytics that allow leadership to obtain real-time (or near real-time) intelligence on renewals

  • Manage and forecast the renewal pipeline & forecast
  • Other duties as required

Qualification Required

  • At least two or more years of combined industry experience at a SaaS or PaaS company in at least one of the following areas: Customer/Contract Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management, Business or Sales Development, or Accounts Receivable
  • Experience discussing and documenting business requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with Salesforce and DealHub is preferred.
  • Experience in a startup environment is highly desired

  • Ability to work independently demonstrated excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex renewal issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Proven experience of being persuasive, influential, and professional on the phone.
  • Strong and self-confident communicator comfortable speaking with Director Level and C-Level contacts
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Strong interest in and aptitude for learning and using technology to solve problems
  • Strong and effective communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
  • Detailed-oriented and thorough
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of audiences
