Job Role and Responsibility
- Monitor clusters using internal monitoring tools to detect and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation processes.
- Perform initial investigation and diagnosis of problems, escalating complex issues to support or R&D.
- Document incidents, including their details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the incident tracking system.
- Cross-functional leadership with HW Design engineers
- Python based automation & Test Development a plus
- Evaluate test results, identify trends, ensure adequate test coverage and system stability
- Work directly with HW design engineers for escalation and RCCA
- Deep understanding of manufacturing process
Skills Required that will help succeed
- BS in Computer Science, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- v5+ years hands-on experience in software / hardware debugging & troubleshooting
- 5+ years experience in test software development
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing files and documentation generation
- Preferred: Experience in PCB layout and New Product Development
- Preferred: Hands on experience with Engineering Change (EC) processes, BOM structures, and new product introduction processes
- Preferred: Experience in system-level debugging on x86 or similar platforms
- Deep understanding of manufacturing process
- Detail oriented, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with clear communication
- 10+ years of Manufacturing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Flexibility working in a startup that’s continually punching above its weight
- A proven ability to work collaboratively across time zones and countries, filter and prioritize high priority tasks, and escalate to management where appropriate
