Job Role and Responsibility

  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of email security technologies, including Mimecast, Proofpoint or CISCO. Familiarity with SaaS environments and cloud-based security solutions. Experience configuring and administering Microsoft security products (e.g. Microsoft Defender) is a huge plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer requirements and security challenges to design effective solutions. Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical scenarios.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Team-oriented, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results.

  • Work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and provide input on user experience and design
