Tasked with driving revenue generation across diverse accounts within multiple vertical markets employing a strategic methodology. Proficient in advocating technological solutions addressing complex business challenges autonomously, integrating offerings from leading Engineering, Manufacturing, CAD, CAM, and PLM software OEMs alongside complementing Tata Technology services and support. Initiates and sustains customer relationships independently, engaging with senior management levels.

Job Role and Responsibility

• Candidate must be a self-starter with hunter/challenger characteristic sales type with a history of finding/closing new accounts
• Candidate would be responsible for the sales of PLM Solutions from multiple vendors software and services
• Must be able to succeed at creating new business utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills and able to network effectively with senior executives.
• This position may require travel
• Candidate will have excellent public speaking skills complimented by exceptional written and oral skills
• Ability to answer high level business and/or technical questions for clients before and after purchase and aligning Tata Technologies support staff to demonstrate the software to ensure it fits each client’s needs.
• Be able to develop new and existing accounts into larger strategic accounts that culminate in the sales of vertical products through the sales of software and services
• Experience in selling a Subscription, Cloud, or SaaS-based solution a plus
• Candidates will need to understand business operations to define overall financial value of PLM solutions sold
• Candidate will work closely with our presales and business development organization to recognize how our customers can benefit from the utilization of our solutions, understand process centric challenges then be able to translate this in an ROI and business case
• Strong customer interaction at the Sr Management level with support on forming relationship with C-level contacts within these accounts
• Understanding and selling solutions for organizational business problems, incorporating the PLM & Manufacturing product offerings across large divisional businesses.
• Focus and management of personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships and trouble-shooting specific customer problems
• Successfully operate under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
• Ability to apply a proven sales process to identify, qualify, and manage available resources to close mid to large PLM solution opportunities
• Continuous learning that includes a thorough understanding of the solutions being sold over broad spectrum of its applications and business scenarios.

Skills Required that will help succeed

• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful technical sales experience

• Candidates must demonstrate a history quota sales achievement over career

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to potential customers.

• Candidate must exhibit the ability to accurately forecast and commit business performance based on quota, activity, and lead follow up.

• Experience in the PLM, ERP, Digital Manufacturing, or CRM technology is a plus

• History and knowledge within various business verticals

• Candidates must be familiar with desktop solutions such as MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel, SFDC and other job related software packages.

Joining with IS Business Analysts, this role bears the weight of crafting and fostering Oracle eCommerce projects and enhancements that stand as the epitome of practicality and scalability. Moreover, it involves close collaboration with the IS system architecture, overseeing entitlement management, license/subscription administration, and portal development units, all aimed at ensuring a seamless alignment of the implemented solution with Trimble’s overarching strategic pursuits.

Job Role and Responsibility

• Develop eCommerce solutions in a global implementation of Oracle EBS with an emphasis on the Order to Cash and Subscription products.

• Work on the complete life cycle of application development assisting from design through the migration to Production environment and post-implementation support.

• Develop scalable and high quality solutions.

• Provide technical expertise in Oracle applications as well as integrations to external systems.

Qualification and Experience Required

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing, implementing and customizing in an Oracle R12 environment. Emphasis is on Order to Cash with experience in Oracle iStore, Oracle Service Contract modules, Install Base, TCA, OM, AR, Advanced Pricing, etc.

• Strong technical skill and hands-on experience in working with SQL, PL/SQL, Inbound-Outbound Interfaces, Oracle Workflow builder, XML/BI Publisher Reports. Experience in iStore related components like Java, Java scripts, JSP, Ajax is an added advantage.

• Experience using IDE like SQL Developer, TOAD and applications like putty, SVN and working knowledge in middleware tools like Oracle Fusion middleware, Mule etc.

• Good/strong experience with Performance Tuning inbound/outbound interfaces and processes.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.

• Experience to individually own and manage the full SDLC cycle (from requirement gathering to support).
