Job Role and Responsibility

  • Generate & maximize repeat ARR by proactively contacting existing customers with expiring services and demonstrating value realization, decreasing discounts, renegotiating and overcoming objections
  • Work closely with Account Manager to strategize on renewals and expansion to avoid conflicts and create a frictionless renewal experience for the customer
  • Work cross-functionally to Identify, propose, and execute process improvements that result in a frictionless renewal experience for the customer

  • Optimize on-time renewal rate and process efficiency
  • Present customers with renewal pricing and terms in accordance with standard procedures
  • Accurately process customer transactions, including quotes and legal documents, and post them into the accurate systems
  • Track activity and develop analytics that allow leadership to obtain real-time (or near real-time) intelligence on renewals

Qualification Required

  • At least two or more years of combined industry experience at a SaaS or PaaS company in at least one of the following areas: Customer/Contract Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management, Business or Sales Development, or Accounts Receivable
  • Experience discussing and documenting business requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with Salesforce and DealHub is preferred.
  • Experience in a startup environment is highly desired

  • Compile short-term cash forecasts and manage the daily cash management process for the Group’s liquidity structures.
