As a pivotal component of a prominently visible entity, this position shall furnish comprehensive assistance, encompassing both technical prowess and operational acumen, to Cloudflare’s Global Commissions Tooling & Strategy.

Job Role and Responsibility

  • Lead Strategic Direction, Product Vision, Customer Discovery, Feature Prioritization & Cross-functional alignment for Cloudflare’s Commission Tech Stack
  • Identify & implement leading practice architecture and build techniques, optimizing for scalability, flexibility and analytical intelligence
  • Own & coordinate managed services resources, leveraging to execute and implement builds, enhancements and testing
  • Implement robust and thorough change management processes and testing framework
  • Employ a ‘business-focused’ approach to technical work; learn, understand and speak the language of key stakeholders and business partners
  • Build extensive documentation and enablement infrastructure, scaling consistent practices, documentation and desktop procedures for tool functionality
  • Build deep knowledge around and leverage relationships to influence outcomes and prioritization of upstream system enhancements which directly impact ICM practice (eg. HCM, CRM, etc.)
  • Implement appropriate SOX Controls, partnering closely with the Controllership and Internal Audit Organizations

Skills Required that will help succeed

  • 8+ years of Product Management, Technical Project Management, Consulting, or Incentive Compensation Administration; experience with a Saas business model preferred
  • Firm grasp of the commission administrative process flow, including plan document distribution and tracking; transaction crediting; incentive calculations; payment file preparation; and issue resolution
  • Experience or understanding of commissions-specific SOX Controls
  • Experience with Varicent, Anaplan ICM, Xactly, Calidus or a similar ICM tool
  • Experience with SQL platforms and queries
  • Communication: Clear, concise communicator; ability to synthesize complex data or business problems into actionable information to drive results
  • Versatility: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, zooming in with good attention to detail while still keeping the big picture in mind
  • Project Management: Results-oriented, self-starter, organized, team-focused, and a strong work ethic, leveraging relationships to ensure deadlines are met
