Job Role and Responsibility
- Understand and work on complex integration requirements to deliver business outcomes
- Work on customer issues via Support tickets and help customers resolve issues related to Android SDK implementations
- Deep understanding of the Android OS platform
- Provide technical consultation and advisory to MoEngage customers
- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve customer issues via various support channels like calls, zendesk tickets and chat
- Closely work with the Android Engineering team to debug problems, understand new features or release pipeline
- Help Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Onboarding team to guide new and premium customers to integrate MoEngage SDK with their Android applications seamlessly without any issue after understanding their use cases
Skills Required that will help succeed
- Minimum two years of experience in Android Application development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a team player
- Hunger to resolve customer issues and provide best-in-class technical guidance and support for integration issues or queries
- Sound knowledge of Java/Kotlin and OOPs concepts.
- Proficient knowledge of Android SDK and tools like Android Studio
- Good to have experience with JavaScript/React-Native/Flutter/Xamarin
- Open to learning new frameworks
