Job Role and Responsibility

  • Field Faliure parts analysis at Plant FA lab. Required testing for defect analysis/simulation. Coordination with various CFTs for analysis & confirmation of root cause. Documentation & approvals for parts receipt and processing.
  • Lead the category marketing charter for Myntra working closely with the Head of brand marketing
  • Develop and implement comprehensive category marketing strategies (across Footwear, Home, Kids, Beauty, Apparel, Wearables) to drive awareness and consideration leading to user and customer growth for the relevant categories
  • Collaborate with the marketing insights team to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape within the assigned category
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business priorities and align marketing initiatives to drive mutually aligned KPIs.
  • Create and execute innovative campaigns to promote category-specific products, considering target audience preferences and market dynamics.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing sustenance, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Analyze and interpret data metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, retailers, and internal teams, to optimize category performance.
  • Monitor and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to proactively identify growth opportunities.
  • Financial planning to ensure effective allocation of resources for category marketing initiatives

Skills Required that will help succeed

  • 3-5 years of post-MBA experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on category marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design to ensure compelling marketing materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
