Job Role and Responsibility

  • Prospecting: Research and identify upsell opportunities within our current client base.
  • Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with current clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to uncover additional needs and opportunities for our talent experience solutions.
  • Qualification: Engage in meaningful conversations with clients to understand their evolving talent management needs and challenges.
  • Upsell Generation: Generate and qualify upsell opportunities, converting them into sales-qualified opportunities by gathering relevant information and assessing client interest.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for our sales team with qualified upsell opportunities, ensuring a smooth handover of information.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and upsell opportunities in our CRM system, Salesforce, ensuring effective management of potential upsells.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and client success teams to align strategies, share insights, and provide feedback on upsell potential and effectiveness of outreach efforts.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively communicate the value proposition of our talent experience solutions.

Skills Required that will help succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in sales, account development, or upselling is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a competitive spirit.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about our talent experience solutions.
