The triumphant contender shall shoulder the responsibility of orchestrating the recruitment journey while extending comprehensive HR guidance to ensure the seamless operation of our establishment.
Job Role and Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews.
- Conducts background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
- Sound experience of working any on HRMS
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support employee well-being programs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and work on the assigned positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records
Skills Required that will help succeed
- Must have full time MBA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist activities, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and experience with various sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
